It is an easy to apply white formula that dries clear, is waterproof and non-yellowing. Safe Hold dries clear and helps to control odor and bacteria. For best results apply multiple, even coats - allowing time to dry between. Is considered the newest in bonds and developed solely for the application of lace systems.
